The unit was clean and beautifully decorated -loved the local artwork. The king size bed was very comfortable. Beach chairs, boogie board and a cooler was a bonus! The best part was the beautiful view! We saw whales and turtles everyday. We were able to snorkel right there since there is a small beach access and we saw lots of fish! Within a short walk there is a market and coffee shop. The location was excellent! Close to excellent beaches and Lahaina town. Foodland had excellent poke. Gotta go to Joeys kitchen in Napili! Broke da mouth!! Management for this unit was easy to communicate with. The only downside might be that there is no air conditioning in the bedroom(there is one in the living space). There is a ceiling fan and a portable fan, so we did stay cool enough at night. We would definitely come back and to this unit!

You won't find a better spot! Turtles and fish to snorkel with as you wake up to the crashing water on the rocks. Beach umbrella and chairs at your disposal if needed. Very CLEAN UNIT. Lots of excellent kitchen amenities (stop at Costco before you come!). Washer and dryer. Excellent shower and restroom. King bed was super comfy, not much extra room next to bed. Bedroom closet was huge, dresser as well. The Lanai was perfect for morning coffee, and sunset dinners. Common space is well equipped with 3 BBQ's (facing the ocean), 4-5 big round tables and chairs as well as numerous chaise lounges on the bluff on the waterfront. Space accommodates four people, but I would say three is a comfortable max. Management was very accessible via email, as well as a live-in manager, both very professional. Farmer's Market, Bad *** Java, park, ABC store, Fish Store, snorkel store all within walking distance. Bus or drive to numerous beaches and snorkeling. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this incredible Condo Property. We will be back, and we won't be staying anywhere else.

This was our third or fourth time booking with Lonnie and our experience was excellent as always. We stayed at this property once before and really love the oceanfront condos. It was amazing hearing the sound of the waves all night and sitting out on the shaded lanai watching the sea turtles and rainbows. The furnishings of this condo are beautiful and extremely comfortable. When we weren’t on the lanai, we were lounging on the couch. And the bed was great. Although the kitchen is lovely and modern, if you plan to do any cooking, plan to bring spices and seasonings with you. The only thing we had was salt so we had to buy everything. Luckily we had a nice long stay so we didn’t mind. We had a wonderful time and will be sure to return.

Everything about this condo is exactly what the pictures show!
It was in a perfect location right on the ocean! It has everything you need, bed was comfortable, very quiet, grounds were clean, pool was nice and heated. What is nice about this condo complex is that it is a small complex and you are not around a big crowd or rushing to get get a lounge chair in the morning like the larger hotels in Maui. You will see a lot of huge sea turtles and it’s a great place to go snorkeling! We spent 9 nights at this condo and everything was absolutely perfect and we didn’t want to leave! We had no issues with anything!
We would definitely stay here again when we return someday!

We have stayed in this same condo 3 times. Immaculate and well taken care of. Last time we hated the couch which was fairly new and we must not have been the only ones as they replaced it. We love being near the ocean but not all the wicker furniture some people think they need to make it feel more beach like. Very uncomfortable. We keep choosing choosing this condo as it has an upscale feel, is comfortable and still on the beach. The only negative and its to the property as a whole not to this condo is that the pool is on the other side away from the ocean. We dont like the fact that there is no longer full time management on site. We keep trying to make this gem a secret but it appears the secret s out.

My family of four enjoyed the condo for a week in January. It was just as described and well stocked with all of the essentials one would need. The location is terrific and we were able to walk to the Farmers Market and there are two awesome beaches within a few miles. Napili Beach is absolutely beautiful! The bed is so comfortable we had no problems sleeping. It would be nice if the unit had central air as the bedroom did get a little warm, but the ceiling fan helped a lot. The view was amazing and we enjoyed watching whales from the deck. The downfall was that the rock wall was under construction and the path was closed so there was no access to the water from our location. Overall, it was a beautiful condo and we would definitely stay here again.

I think I could write a book about how good our experience was here. The unit is perfect. It was quiet and away from the resort area but close enough to get to if we wanted to. We were not looking for that as our experience of Hawaii. The amenities were all available in the unit that we needed. The bed was super comfortable. We were able to see some whales while we relaxed on the Lanai. We enjoyed several restaurants in Lahaina including Fleetwood's. This was our second stay in Kaleialoha #207. The first was one year ago for our wedding. We liked it so much, we came back and did it again for our 1st anniversary. The location and views are without flaw. The unit itself has high end finishes and is clean and gorgeous. The rental, check-in, and check-out process is simple, and the onsite management is responsive and helpful about things in the area. You can hear the waves kissing the shore from the bed when you awaken in the morning and walk to your balcony to say good morning to the sea turtles who hang out just in front of you. When we return to Maui, we will arrange the timing so that #207 is available. We are afraid any other unit might pale in comparison. Truly a great value and a wonderful ocean retreat.

This condo is very nice. It looks just like it does in the pictures. The view is great of the ocean and sea turtles. We would definitely stay here again. Parking is a little tight but manageable even with midsize suv. The grounds are spotless and well maintained. I snorkled right out front and saw numerous turtles and fish. Check in and checkout was smooth. Air conditioning was good except we had to empty its drain pan every morning. Having a kitchen was really nice to prepair breakfast and lunches to eat on balcony and take in the sights. I think most people would be very happy in this condo. Enjoy!

You can’t beat the value here for ocean front with spectacular views and snorkeling steps from the unit. The unit was immaculate and the spared no expense on lighting, fans and granite. Only issue was that the bedroom was not very usuable, since it was so hot. It was July and in the 90s and we had two fans on full blast, but the A/C in the living area was too small to cool the back bedroom. No problem for my wife and I, we ended up sleeping in the living room with the pull out couch.

Lonnie was great as well, proactive, quick to respond and always friendly.

Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

This was our 13th consecutive year at this location. the island of Lanai out to he left from our balcony, Molokai off to the right, and the sun sets right between the two! Gorgeous sunsets! Great dining either close by or in Lahaina, where either Kimo's for great fish or a steak, or Cool Cat Cafe for a fantastic burger, Chili Cheese fries, and a "Lahaina Car Wreck" adult milkshake dessert. We found this condo at the last minute and were really thrilled to discover what a gem it was. It’s a spacious flat with everything you’d need (laundry, full kitchen, dishwasher, big refrigerator, a TV (although we don’t understand why people would want to watch TV when Paradise is right outside!) We spent a lot of time on the balcony where we had breakfast and drinks in the evenings - and where we would have bird visitors and could watch sea turtles swim back and forth in the crystal clear waters. They provide beach chairs, a cooler with elements and umbrella too. No access to beach from the residence but close enough - one block away. The bed was super comfortable. We highly recommend and will very likely go back.

This was great opportunity, Condo is high end bed amazing & though air condition unit only end front room, even with our visit in August only used it once for about 4 hr. High end ceiling fans great cross breeze as this is truly an ocean front property kept us ver comfortable. Condo and complex looks better than website. If you want all the bells and whistle of a resort this may not be for you. But if you want luxury condo, great kitchen, laid back atmosphere @ a great price. Do not hesitate! Condo provides instruction booklet for appliances, I took the time to read before operating them which made it breeze. If you are used to using Dacor, Thermador, Bosch washer & dryer u may not need to. Compliant by previous vacation on the small drawer dishwasher. not a problem for us. Only two of us. once entertained 6 still not problem. Although place setting etc for only 4. But love the fact that they more laundry detergent than I could have ever used. Little bottle of dish & dishwater detergent enough 4 our week long visit. trash bags, paper plate coffee filters some basic spices, 2 rolls of paper towels. then top it all off with aloha package of pineapple, banana, small pac of mac nuts. this place is fabulous. Centrally located not more than 10-20 minutes from action. What other reviews say about location is true. Management excellent and accommendating.

My husband and I had a wonderful 10 days in Maui. We stayed in condo 207 and all the pictures are accurate. We arrived after hours and our keys were exactly where the manager said they would be. The parking was great. We had a Jeep and it fit perfectly. On other reviews I saw complaints about the parking and I experienced the complete opposite. Everyone on the management team was friendly and outgoing. The views from the ocean were the best ever; I don't think you can get any closer. The condo had every upgrade you can think of. The bedroom had a ton of storage space and the bed was huge and comfortable. The kitchen had all the upgrades. The balcony was like an extension of the living room. I saw that there were a few comments about the beach. This is what I experienced, you could lay out on all the lounge chairs they show in the pictures, the water is right there. Most days I was the only one out there, it was great. You can take a few steps to the ocean and it is swimmable. You can snorkel right there as well and swim with the turtles. If you want to go to a beach and lay out we drove down to Kaanapali Beach, about a 1 min drive. There is public access right before you get to the Honua Kai. We rented snorkel gear and chairs from Snorkel Bob's for the week, less than 100$. Usually when we go to Hawaii we will pay to go snorkeling. This time we did not. We snorkeled at the condo and at Black Rock. The Sheraton has a parking garage and the bottom floor is free, the rest you pay for. We just paid for 2 days. There is a Road To Hana CD in the condo, if you are going to Hana, use it! It was great. Also the best places we found to have happy hour or dinner in Lahaina were right before you arrived in town, free parking as well. Honu Beach Seafood & Pizza had the best viewing for sunset. I don’t have enough good things to say about this condo including the amenities and location. The staff keeps this place immaculate!

We are always a little nervous to stay at condos or vrbo because the pictures always look so nice but can be a different story when you get there. That wasn’t the case with this condo, it surpassed all our expectations. Upon arrive we were greeted by friendly staff and also a dry erase board that had a personal welcome to us. The staff also gave us a gift basket and a folder that explained the rules and also info on places to eat. The building itself is a little older but still very well maintained. We recently returned from a one week stay at Kaleialoha in unit 207. We'd researched numerous lodging options for this trip, and I don't think we could have done better! We found the unit to be perfect in every way: high end appliances, laundry facilities, full kitchen, extremely comfortable bed, and the BEST view we've ever had on vacation. Each morning, we enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the lanai and saw turtles nearly every day. Sunsets are amazing, and rainbows are a regular occurrence. Yes, the pool was cold, and no, there wasn't any beach directly at this property, but we knew these "issues" prior to booking. Being within a few minutes of Kaanapali Beach and an awesome, and not well known, beach at Kapalua provided excellent alternatives. We were sad to leave after only a week and already dream about a return trip. I plan to stay in this very unit again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a laid back, well appointed unit with comforts beyond most of those at home.

The unit was great, cean, nicely appointed and very comfortable. The building was older but very clean and well taken care of and in a very nice area. Pool was a bit small but very clean and nice. The ocean was at your back door, So close you had to some times close the backdoor because the surf was so loud.The grounds were maintained every morning, so it was always was a great rental experience.

Great place to stay and very reasonable for the price.

This condo deserves more than 5 stars. It has everything you would need for a Hawaiian vacation! Location, comfort, ease of directions...(fly into Kapalua known as the West maui airport) it's seriously 4 minutes away).we enjoyed 4 nights at unit 207 and wished we would have stayed longer and not island hopped. Seriously people this place has it all, so convenient to everything in west maui. The condo itself is completely upgraded, decorated in beautiful island tone, and the view is breathtaking...you can hear waves crashing 24/7.

Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back to Maui and stay in unit 207!

Beautiful property. Beautiful condo. Nicely decorated. Parking was difficult. spaces were always available but very small. We rented a mid size SUV to accommodate a surfboard for my husbund. Several times I had to get out of the vehicle before my husband pulled into the parking space. The most disturbing thing about the parking is the handicap situation. There in ONE handicap parking space and this single space has been reallocated for the "office" space. It is actually labeled Handicapped and Office BOTH and always occupied. I don't believe this is even legal. Someone needs to show these people the Americans with Disabilities Act. The property does have an elevator which was wonderful for me. Remove the parking situation and our stay would have been perfect.

great place, totally remodeled & very nice! Sleep was the best. Listening to the waves was amazing. We stay at the best hotels and this place was fantastic and to our standards. The ONLY tiny thing I would have changed would be to have the hot water in the shower get past just "lukewarm" - we had some chilly rainy days and would have liked a hot shower.

We had to switch unit during our stay but both units are very well kept and have nice decor. The sunset view and spotting whales from the lanai were breaktaking.

The condo was in a nice location off the main street (quiet), with a store just down the road and restuarants in both directions. The turtles out back to snorkel with all day long were a real treat! The condo itself was beautifully decorated, and very comfortable.

This was our 2nd visit to Maui, 1st time we stayed at the Westin, this time we were 1 wk at the Westin Ocean Villas (we had signed on for a time share revisit, did not purchase) & a week at Kaleialoha. Hands down our stay at Kaleialoha was the better experience. The online booking process was easy, check in a speedy process the manager was great. We chose Kaleialoha as we visited friends 2 yrs ago that were staying at Kaleialoha. They loved it & in fact have since stayed there a 2nd time. We also loved it, can't get any closer to the ocean, beautiful sunsets and turtle watching. The unit as described had been completely remodeled, was clean, comfortable & well maintained. We made good use of the fully equipped kitchen & enjoyed a number of meals on the Lanai watching the sunset. We had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners, she pointed out a school of spinning dolphins that were swimming by, nice unexpected treat. Our only disappointment was that the BBQ's were out of propane the one night we were wanting to grill steaks. We played 8 rounds of golf at a number of different courses (Kia & Royal are our personal favorites, we also enjoyed Pukalani & Kahili), did a snorkeling trip, some shopping and made good use of Kaleialoha's pool, beach & property lounging area. Restaurant favorites Japengo at the Hyatt for Sushi, Roy's Kaanapali we had great appetizers & a couple of yummy lunches there. We liked being able to walk to a local shopping mall for groceries (Times Supermarket) and other needs. Had a few beers & tasty Quesedia at a small pub/restaurant in the same shopping center, can't recall the name but do remember they only take cash. The Kaleialoha is an older building but its very obvious that the owners & managers take great pride in the maintenance of the property. We would most definitely recommend the Kaleialoha to friends & family. It's our 1st choice of accommodations when we visit Maui again.
